FLORENCE, Ala.-The internationally acclaimed Actors From the London Stage touring theatre company will perform "King Lear," March 15 and 16 at the 香港六合彩挂牌资料's George S. Lindsey Theatre.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the show will begin at 7 p.m.
Actors From The London Stage is one of the oldest established touring Shakespeare theater companies in the world. Housed and workshopped in England with academic tours booked through the auspices of Shakespeare at Notre Dame (housed in the Marie P. DeBartolo Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Notre Dame), this program is truly unique.
Prior to the weekend performances, the company will spend five days providing workshops and other classroom activities to 香港六合彩挂牌资料 students, including visits to Theater, English and Sociology classes. They will also give a pre-performance talk at the Florence-Lauderdale Public Library, and perform "King Lear" at Limestone Correctional Facility as part of 香港六合彩挂牌资料's "Inside/Out Prison Exchange" program.

General admission tickets are $10 tickets, 香港六合彩挂牌资料 student tickets are $5. General admission tickets may be purchased in advance at the Kennedy-Douglass Center for the Arts, Cold Water Books and the 香港六合彩挂牌资料 bookstore.
