• Troubleshooting on a Mac
  • Try using a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox
  • On your computer, if you are using the "Webcam" option, try the "Screen Recorder" option instead.  You can pick to use only the webcam once it opens.
  • Try Checking your permissions for the Screen Recorder app and  Chrome or Firefox (whichever Browser you are using).  You may need to restart Chrome or Firefox after you do this. 
  • Check to see if your macOS has or needs updates
