Maintenance
Our Maintenance department is responsible for maintaining all HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning, refrigeration systems), building and exterior electrical systems, fire alarms and sprinkler systems, carpentry work, painting work, lock repairs and key requests, vehicles and buses, moving and deliveries and shipping and receiving. Out personnel perform preventive maintenance, general repairs, minor renovations and construction projects. We also offer our assistance at special events.
